Hi, I’m Lucy. I believe that lasting change begins with understanding yourself and giving your mind the space to grow. When you book an individual session with me, I use a unique blend of hypnotherapy and life coaching to meet you exactly where you are – and help you move forward in a way that feels supportive, simple, and achievable.

What I Do

I work with people who are experiencing overwhelm, anxiety, stress, phobias and sleep issues. Together, we explore what’s going on beneath the surface, uncover unhelpful patterns, and build new, more helpful ways of thinking and responding.

My hypnotherapy experience with Lucy was truly relaxing and empowering. She made me feel really comfortable and it was eye-opening to discuss and consider feelings and emotions from this different viewpoint. Not only was the session helpful in itself, Lucy also gave me skills to take away and a recording so that I could practice independently. All round a very rewarding experience.
