The Alive Seasonal Retreats

Journey with us through the year as we align ourselves with the rhythm of nature to powerfully, and mindfully, live our lives well. 

In each retreat we will explore the gifts and lessons offered to us by that season, discover and embrace the energy it provides, and find inspiration and hope in each season’s distinct beauty.

The retreats

Spring: This retreat will awaken our energy after our winter’s hibernation, help us to explore and fulfil our needs for the year ahead, and support you in developing and crafting your vision for 2025. 30th April 2025

Summer: This retreat will energise and uplift us, helping you reconnect with your joy, find your freedom, and discover your natural flow and momentum. 11th June 2025

Autumn: This retreat will focus on reflection and slowing down, allowing you to find balance, process the year’s experiences, and prepare for the seasonal change ahead. 17th Sept 2025

Winter: This retreat will nourish and ground us, supporting you in reconnecting with your roots, embracing stillness, and reflecting on who you are at your core. 3rd Dec 2025
