Links, Conversations & Resources
Welcome to A Quiet Corner – a growing library of gentle support for anyone navigating overwhelm, balance and the very human messiness of being alive.
This space gathers together the things I find most nourishing: honest conversations, helpful tools, thoughtful ideas, and moments of connection that remind us we’re not alone. None of us need fixing; we just need care, understanding, and places that let us breathe.
More resources will be added over time – gently, steadily, as they feel ready.
I hope something here meets you exactly where you are.
I’m beginning this collection with a beautiful conversation I had with fellow coach Emily Jacob of Reconnected Life, where we explore overwhelm, boundaries, neurodivergence, rest, and the truth that we’re all doing our best in a world that asks too much of us.
I had the pleasure of being interviewed by the ebullient Greg Fisher in his Coach 2 Coach podcast. We had a wonderful conversation, covering topics like growth, balance, and the transitions that shape our lives, especially midlife.
I really enjoyed this conversation about why knowing what to do isn’t always enough, especially when you’re already overwhelmed.
We talked about what can sit underneath that overwhelm, how coaching and hypnotherapy can help in different ways, and why looking after our mental wellbeing shouldn’t just be something we do when we’re struggling.
