I am a hypnotherapist and life coach helping you to be the best you can be
My path into this work has been shaped by many parts of my life - being a mum of two, competing internationally as a climber, and teaching children with special educational needs. Each experience taught me something different about resilience, compassion, and what helps people grow.
Over time, I trained as a certified life coach and hypnotherapist, and later expanded my practice to include EMDR, IEMT, NLP, relaxation techniques, and coaching. This blend allows me to support people who are navigating anxiety, stress, phobias, low confidence and self-esteem, or sleep issues in a way that feels both practical and deeply restorative.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and non-judgemental. I offer a steady space where you can understand what’s going on beneath the surface while building tools that genuinely help day-to-day. The work matters to me because I’ve seen how small, meaningful shifts can help people feel more grounded, more themselves, and more able to move forward.

When you choose to work with me, we’ll go at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you. Together, we can explore new perspectives, ease old patterns, and support you in creating a calmer, more confident life.
