Welcome! I’m a passionate advocate for personal growth and well-being, deeply inspired by my journey as a mother of two, an international climbing competitor, and a teacher of children with special educational needs.
Through my experiences, I have trained as a certified life coach and hypnotherapist, empowering me to support others on their unique paths to self-discovery and fulfilment. With a warm, approachable, and non-judgmental attitude, I am dedicated to helping individuals lead more enriching lives.
